Starting November 1st, join the 30 day challenge! Could you do 30 classes within 30 days? Of course you can! Shape up for the holidays, and accomplish this awesome mission.

Look for the sign up sheets in Yaletown or White Rock and sign yourself up.

You can start Nov. 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

As long as you finish 30 classes within 30 days - you can celebrate with everyone at the celebration feast.

Potluck on Dec. 6th in White Rock at Noon - Food and Prizes!

You can double up classes, and you can do any yoga class you want!
