Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Your yoga is always there for you. Are you always there for your yoga? Do you practice when you are sad?
Mad? Stressed? Do you practice after death, divorce, during highs and lows? Do you practice hungover, in love, in lust, or lonely? Do you practice when you are tired, wired or when you are sore?
Do you practice when you have gas? When you are bloated? When you are depleted of all gas?
DO YOU STILL PRACTICE?
Are you resilient?
Do you keep coming back to your yoga?
I went through a very dark period of my life a while back - and I remember going to a Yin class with the darkest energy anyone could ever have. But I was there.
I went through a time when I was so in love I couldn't get the person out of my mind all class - but I was there.
We tell students to stay present STAY IN THE MOMENT - but you know what?
Sometimes it's impossible - and that's O.K.!! You are practicing!
I came back when I was injured - but just took it easy.
When I am tired I go anyway and ride the yoga wave!
So how about you?
Go in, show up on your mat and see what happens!
BE THERE FOR YOUR YOGA.
It's waiting with open arms!
Peace
Andrea
