Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

      Being Present

      Being Present

As I observe my 3 years old, Shih Tzu, Kobe, playing with his toys, he is exactly we what call "being present". Kobe focuses on nothing else but on making more noise with his squeaky toy. When we live in the present, we have a true connection to what arises and falls, flucturates, and changes. So, it brings up the question, " Are we present during class as a teacher and/or student?".
