I found yoga during my university years. Overwhelmed with exams, papers, projects, relationships, and an active participation in a student association, yoga became my soul food. As I observe my 3 years old, Shih Tzu, Kobe, playing with his toys, he is exactly we what call "being present". Kobe focuses on nothing else but on making more noise with his squeaky toy. When we live in the present, we have a true connection to what arises and falls, flucturates, and changes. So, it brings up the question, " Are we present during class as a teacher and/or student?".
