BUST OUT!

"BUST OUT" means a lot of things. 1 - The bust pushes forward from the chest. If you don't have a bust, then just use "CHEST OUT!" 2 - The sun is out, and it's time to bust out of your shell!
3 - Bust out of your coats, pants, long sleeve shirts, and bust into some light FREEDOM clothes.
Yeah, it's time to BUST OUT, yoga friends.
Yoga is a great way to bust out of the stress, hunched back and shoulders of darkness and open up to the lightness and freedom of summertime.
Think about the yoga poses. Camel. Your chest and ribs are being pushed forward and your shoulders are back, your heart busts open!
All the backbends like cobra, bow pose, dancers, locust - BUSTS YOU OPEN!
When you walk down the street, seawall, beach - you want to stand up tall. You want your shoulders back, your thighs and arm muscles rippling and glistening with power.
Your belly is tucked in, and you walk to impress. You walk like you mean it. Like you are proud and happy to be in your body.
That's summertime walkin baby. Oh yeah.
So get your cute summer butt in to the yoga studio at least 3 times a week so you can BUST OUT of your shell this summer, and show everyone that you are ready to socialize, have fun and love life.
Enjoy your body, your puffed up chest, open heart and smile...
