Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

In yoga, we learn that death is a part of the practice while in Savasana (Corpse pose), so we can lose the ego self, and return to the true self...the spirit.

I believe that when the body dies, the soul leaves the body. It has carried out it's work on this planet.
Where the heck does it go? I have no idea. I don't want to know yet.

What I am concerned with while I am alive is...

Am I living from my true self? My spirit? Am I shining bright enough? Am I spreading a message and vibe of love and peace?

Am I celebating life while my body is still here?

Michael Jackson knew why he was put on this earth. He said...

"I am here to entertain. To let others escape for a while. To bring magic to people."

When you shine bright for others, when you serve others the best you can so they will shine brighter, so they will be inspired...

      That's living fully.

So - are you celebrating life while you are here?

You know those memorial benches you see, with quotes from people after they die?

I sat on one the other day at Sunset beach.

      It said...

      "I rejoiced. I wept. I learned. I taught. I prospered. I suffered. I dreamed. I inspired. I lived. - And now, I rest.

      - Phyllis Dubery

So, what will be on your bench?

      Peace
      Andrea
