Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

You sweat, you stretched, you worked and planned your life around yoga for 39 days! YOU DID IT! (Some of you!) CONGRATULATIONS. It's a big deal. Celebrate yourself. Reflect. But please keep coming to yoga!
Why would you stop now?
The point of the challenge is to notice how good you feel when you take yoga class.
You know what's so great now that it's over?
You can take yoga for PLEASURE. You can decide which classes to attend, you can go when you feel like it - not because you HAVE to - or you think you should.

It's so close. Then why are some people giving up on the challenge? Is it too much yoga? It's been 27 days of yoga. Is that too much? Well, it's a challenge.
This may be the time when we have to dig deep.
It's like playoff hockey. Or a marathon. Near the end - it's gets tiring, you may find excuses - BUT
That's all in your head.
Now it's a mind over matter thing.
You just have to dig deep - get motivated and show up.
Even if it's 6 a.m. or 8 p.m.
Show up!

Now is the time to reflect on your booty. Oops - I meant your journey. (but doesn't your backside look good?) The challenge so far has been going SPECTACULAR! Look at you. How does it feel?
Yoga every day. Guess what - after 21 days you have created a HABIT.
Now it's a part of you. It's in every cell.
It's been proven it takes 21 days to form a habit, so there will be a part of you that craves yoga.
That's cool.
So reflect - what changes have taken place?
Do you feel more peaceful?
Do you have less stress?
Healthy?
How's your booty?

Day 2. I decide to take 3 yoga classes. Hot, 1 hour hot and Flow. Could I accomplish my mission? What would be the cost?
That was yesterday. Today I found out the cost.
VITAMIN DRINKS AND PROTEIN BARS - $15
4 CHANGES OF CLOTHES AND 1 LOAD OF LAUNDRY - $5
SOOTHING RASH CREAM - $5
why? - BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT MY KNEE CAPS, INNER THIGHS AND SIDES OF MY RIBS ARE CHAFING FROM ALL THE SWEAT. (Can we do that naked yoga thing for the challenge so my clothes won't irriate my skin?)
and finally -
Setting a goal - AND KNOWING I CAN DO IT -
PRICELESS!!!!!!

Out of the starting gate are MOST of the challengers who signed up. STARTING STRONG BABY! - AND WE'RE OFF On our journey.
For those who did show up on day 1 or 2 - YAY - We are well on our way to a strong will, cute butt and millions of dollars. (Or is that a different challenge?)
Anyway - good job yogis.
Keep it up.
It's only 38 more days.
As most of you know I plan to do as many classes as possible in week 1 - so I can get it done.
BUT MOST normal people with lives and responsibilities will go for one day and one class at a time:))
Stay healthy - stay strong
