One of Buddha’s main teachings is that Everything in life is Impermanent. What does Impermanence mean? It can mean different things to all of us but I think the best way to understand “Impermanence” is to say that everything in life will change.

The Buddha teaches that "All things are Impermanent", Life is constantly reminding us that to grow spiritually and physically we must learn to accept that change is part of life. Our relationship with our loved ones, our job functions and even a flower over time will change.

Similarly, in our yoga practice, our bodies change every time we are in the hot room. The change might be big or small, yet over time if we pay attention and stay present, we can see the change happen and become aware of the amazing process which is our yoga practice.
