Oh, it feels good to commit. Not to a person. Not to a cheeseburger. Not to a beer. Not to the sunbeam on your face by the gorgeous water. I mean committing to your body baby.
Your sweet, hot summertime body. Your chisled muscles glistening in the sun. Your rock hard abs that feel so good. Your thighs of steel that could crack walnuts. (Or any nuts of your choice.)
So, in celebration of commitment to your body... here are the
Top 10 reasons to COMMIT to your body and keep coming to HOT yoga and all the yogas - NOW, and all the way through this glorious summer.
10 - When you are at the beach, or anywhere that involves you taking off your clothes...You will feel great ripping them off, and you will feel CONFIDENT! - Keep up the yoga.
9 - For the ladies - how do you feel about walking down the beach/by the water in a bathing suit - with NO COVERUP? Just your glorious buns hanging out as everyone watches you walk by?
