Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

      CONTENTMENT? Or never satisfied?

Are you always wanting more? Wanting things to be different? Wanting to change whatever is happening? Are you never satisfied? "I CAN'T GET NO - SATISFACTION...HEY HEY HEY HEY." (Rolling Stones reference - insert Micks big mouth here.)

So - do you have contentment?

      Is it possible?

The path of yoga involves being CONTENT (Santosa) with whatever is happening.

If things are going good - bad or average - You have contentment, and accept whatever is.

Can you do that in the yoga class?

Are you o.k. with stumbling in your balance poses?
