Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

So, you are about to do something, and you complain about it. What the heck is that about? Why are you complaining about something you are choosing to do? How about stop complaining, and just love the activity! So you are about to take 3 hot classes in a row - shut your complaining trap and get excited about it.

Get INSPIRED. Inspiration literally means - "to be infused with spirit."

So, approach every activity with enthusiasm and joy.

Practice doing what you love, and loving what you do each day.
