      Oh no...I've been waking up frequently during my "good nights" sleep and either one hand, or sometimes both are numb, tingling, pins and needles, they feel frozen. My fingertips are numb. WHAT A BUMMER!!!
      CARPAL TUNNEL!!

      Your carpal tunnel is located on the palm side of the hand and up the wrist. This tunnel houses your forearm flexor tendons and your median nerve.
