Have you seen a kid fall off a bike lately? I did the other day. A boy with his Dad walking behind him. He fell over, cried for approximately 15 seconds. His Dad looked at him and said, "You're fine." The boy stopped crying, got back on his bike and started riding again.

This is the most profound yet simple lesson I could have been given at that moment.

First of all, I learned once again that these lessons are around us all the time! It is up to us to WAKE up - pay attention and learn.

Second - (What I learned) The boy felt hurt for a small period of time - but then he got up from the fall, brushed himself off and decided to RISE UP again!

Are you at a crossroads? Did something "bad" happen to you? Are you sick, dealing with personal, work related problems, or someone elses issues?

O.k. - here is the secret from the boy on the bike.

      1 - Fall down
2 - Have a very small (or preferably none at all) frown about it
3 - Rise up and keep on ridin'!

Does this seem too simple to you?
Does your situation seem more complicated than this?

Well then I suppose you are still crying on the pavement, right?

      Peace
      Andrea
