Many people feel a little intimidated or scared after their first class. Sometimes along with the great workout feel comes a little...well...let's call it topsy turvy tummy. But don't let that stop you from trying another class.  This is a beginners yoga series and with a little faith and practice, you'll quickly feel right at home.

Always remember to work to your edge, and listen to your body and your inner wisdom. As a beginner, never be afraid to sit down if you need to. It's normal, especially when you first get started, to feel dizzy, nauseous or lightheaded. It's temporary, and as your body acclimates to the heat and detoxifies, these sensations will disappear.

Don't think you have to get in shape before coming to class. That puts the cart before the horse! Come practice your yoga, and then take class as often as you possibly can. You WILL get in shape and feel absolutely wonderful.  Namaste.
