Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Finger yourself

Have you stuck your middle finger up lately? You may as well finger yourself. Have you pointed your finger at someone in blame? Point that finger at yourself.
You know that feeling when you blame someone, or something? It feels like a brick wall in your heart. It's like you are creating a dam between you and whatever you are blaming.
What about the middle finger? Imagine the rage you are creating within, when you throw that middle finger up at someone. It hurts you more than it hurts the other person.
When you complain about someone or something, complain about yourself first. See what that feels like.
Also, when you get a negative vibe from someone, or you say "I don't really like that person." - Point that finger back at yourself - and realize that they can't create that feeling inside of you.
YOU ARE CREATING THAT FEELING IN YOURSELF! It's not them, it's you!
Finger yourself before fingering anything outside of yourself, and you will wake up and see that you can change every feeling, thought, perception right there. Right then.
Just finger yourself baby.
Peace out
Andrea
