Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Notice how we are now living in SLUSH land?
You know this means you have to give yourself extra time so that you can CRUISE and SAUNTER into yoga class. NOT RUN and DASH into yoga class late like a frazzled chicken.
Wouldn't it be great to calmly walk into yoga early, instead of running like a roadrunner on fire already sweaty and stressed out coming LATE to yoga class?
Driving like a maniac on the road endangering others while your heart beats madly and you feel your blood boil? What is that? Time for a chill pill baby. That is not yoga.
CREATE THE EXTRA 10 MINUTES AND GET TO YOGA CLASS EARLY! You can create the extra time.
You coming late to yoga is effecting your yoga practice, because you are not centered and focused when you get there...but more than that -
IT IS ALSO EFFECTING EVERY SINGLE OTHER PERSONS YOGA PRACTICE IN THAT ROOM. So if you don't care about respecting your yoga, please feel the need to respect all other peoples yoga.
In 2009, stop walking in to yoga while the class has already started. If class has started, suck it up and come to the next class.
Yoga is for the mind, and spirit - not just the body. All of these aspects are working together to give you what you need in your life. Showing up late is disrespectful to this practice and your beautiful self.
Create the time yogi. 2009 is your year.
Plan it out out so you can be on time in 2009,
Peace,
Andrea
