Have you been coming to hot yoga for years but can't lose weight?

You come to hot yoga at least 3 times per week...for 5 years, but you are the same weight. Actually - you may have even gained weight! What the heck? "What a crock" - you may declare. It's not a crock...you're just not trying hard enough.
Yeah, that's right.
Why is the weight not coming off?
1 OF 2 REASONS.
1 - You eat too much.
2 - You're not trying hard enough in yoga class.
That's it.
So, if you want to slim down your belly or tushy...
1 - Eat less.
2 - Work your %110 percent hardest, reach for the freakin stars and push your body every yoga class.
DETAILS:
If you eat less, you will slim down.
NOT STARVE YOURSELF...Just eat less. Less trips to the fridge, less trips for the hand to your mouth. You know it's the truth.
As for yoga class...
You know those days where you half ass the poses - and you don't try very hard, and kind of cruise through the class?
****IMPORTANT INFO AHEAD----
Well - after coming for a while, your body will start to get used to the yoga poses (plateau) ...so IF YOU HAVE BEEN COMING FOR A LONG TIME FREQUENTLY ---- you have to really PUSH yourself to see any results.
THEN - you will reach a new level, and your body will transform.
It's similar to lifting weights. A bodybuilder will get used to a certain weight they are lifting, so they will INCREASE the weight and break through to a new level.
What that means is...in the locust pose when you are on your belly - you have to really try to lift both legs up. (PAIN IN THE BUTT - BUT TRUE)
It means that you have to really listen to the teacher when they are talking (Oh brother) and squeeze your muscles - and grunt and groan and sweat a freakin river...
but if you do that every time -
YOU WILL BREAK PAST YOUR PLATEAU - AND SHOOT UP TO THAT PEAK OF TRANSFORMATION BABY!

If you want to slim down -
Eat less
Work your cute buns off HARD in hot yoga class at least 3 - 4 times per week.
Then you can prance down Robson street in a buttfloss thong and glistening thighs and rock hard abs and be proud of your transformation!
