Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Winter time of year? Holiday cheer? Eggnog and Mistletoe? No. It's cold and flu season time of year! If you have a cold or flu, please rest and recover at home - not the yoga studio.

Please remember that we are all in a tight, hot space, and we want that space to be healing to everyone. Unfortunately, when you have a cold or flu - the area gets infected with those germs.

It's nice to rest and recover at home, so you have time to heal and not spread the cold or flu to others.

If you are in the yoga room and use tissues, please remember to take those with you when you leave the yoga room.

If you have to cough or sneeze, please cover your mouth and nose with a towel or your arm.

Remember that we are all sharing the healing space together, and uniting with our yoga practice together, so we all have to respect others health and well being.

And it's so much nicer to practice yoga when you are feeling healthy, right?

So if you are sick, rest and heal yourself at home so we can see you back on your mat soon!

      Peace
      Andrea
