      You know when you're in yoga and some days you feel dark, heavy and anxious? And even though you are "supposed" to feel at peace and calm - some days you want to scream from the depths of your asana! Well - that's your inner body talkin...so how do you make it lighter, and brighter?

      You just do. You bring all your awareness on making the inner body brighten, and it will.

      Eventually.

      If you are in your head and can't stop thinking - close your eyes and visualize your inner body shining brighter with each breath.

      The more you bring your awareness to lightening up, and shining brighter - the more you will.

      You just have to make up your mind and start transforming your inner body - and it will help with your outer body yoga practice as well.
