Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

      It's not them...It's you.

      It's not them...It's you.

Are you angry at someone? Do certain people bother you? Do you judge someone for something? Guess what honey...it's not them...it's you.

      Every time you are:
      Angry with somebody
      Annoyed with someone else
      Judgemental
Talking or thinking badly about someone
Screaming at someone in your head
Creating drama about someone in your head
      Scowling or frowning at someone
      Impatient with someone
      Roll your eyes at someone
      Call someone a negative name
Not accepting someone just the way they are...

      That's your problem.

That has nothing to do with anyone except for yourself.

Think about it. Why is someone else - outside of you, able to create these negative, hurtful vibrations inside of you?

Why? Because those vibrations were already inside of you - almost boiling, just waiting for a trigger to come along so those feelings inside of you can BLOW.

If you were patient, gentle, kind, joyful, content with your life, at peace with yourself...

those negative feelings would not be right under the surface, and could not be triggered.

So, it's time to look within and dissolve those lingering vibrations inside yourself.

It could take a while. It may never happen. - You have to give it a try.

If you want to evolve into your best, greatest self - you have to know yourself, and eliminate what is NOT SERVING your best self.

And all those negative vibes that you spread around to other people, are breaking down YOUR spirit. Your soul. Your peace.

      Not the other person.

You are only truly hurting yourself.

That doesn't make much sense does it?

Well, if you truly love yourself, that wouldn't be happening anyway.
You wouldn't want those bad vibes inside of you.

      Shine brighter.

      Peace
      Andrea
