      Juicy?

      Do you want a strong, flexible, juicy body?

      Yes, Juicy. That is a word to describe the body you want.

      Nothing dry and stale about it at all. No sir ee bob!

      Yes, it is true that the more you come to yoga, the juicier your body will be.

      You will get the results you want.

      There is one tiny, small catch though.

      You have to keep practicing! At least 2 - 3 times per week my dear yogi friend.

      More than 3 would be better, but at least 2 - 3 so you can see and feel results.

      Become dedicated. Make it a habit.

      Mix it up - try all the different classes.

      Every time you come, it will be a different experience.
