I don't feel like going to hot yoga class today. But I will, because I know how much better I will feel when I'm done. There are a lot of things I don't feel like doing sometimes. I don't feel like smiling and being social all the time, but I know it will make me feel better when I am done. So, should you just DO IT...when you don't feel like it?

      Yes.

      How annoying.

Here are some things you don't want to do sometimes, but you would feel much better when you are done.

      Forgiving someone, or forgiving yourself.
Eating something really healthy that tastes gross.
