Make space inside for the GOOD stuff to enter!

You know those times when you're thinking so much your brain hurts? Or those times when you have inner TURMOIL, stress, and dark energy storming through your body? Well, you are building walls and barriers inside, and you're too CROWDED in there! There's no place for the good stuff to rush in.
You have to make space inside, so you can fill yourself up with positive, light energy and thoughts.
The only one who can do that is YOU.
Yoga helps. When you come to yoga and you move your body with breath - you create SPACE inside, and get rid of the physical blocks and walls and knots.
BUT - even more than that, yoga helps you look inside - gaze inward and notice that your energy may be blocked, and you may find that you need to clear and make room in there.
All you have to do is notice.
In yoga, and in your life -
What are the triggers and situations that keep you blocked, closed, weighed down and "trapped" in chains?
As soon as you feel the energy inside of you start to become stormy -
BREATHE, notice, and right away step away from that feeling and just your awareness alone is powerful enough to start and clear the path.
Just by noticing you need to create space - you will.
Think about it -
If there is no space in there - how is all the good stuff supposed to come in and take over?
Like waves of joy, love, and bliss?
You want that wave?
Create the space for it.
