PRACTICE DEFINED: The act of rehearsing a behaviour over and over, or engaging in an activity again and again, for the purpose of improving or mastering it.

It's a yoga practice. When you come to yoga...you are practicing the yoga poses.

Once you know the RIGHT way to do the poses, you practice them when you come to class. So what happens when you have mastered the actual yoga poses? Then the real yoga comes into play.

Sure, you may have the physical poses down pat - but what about the stillness of your mind, and starting to meditate during the yoga poses?
