I found yoga during my university years. Overwhelmed with exams, papers, projects, relationships, and an active participation in a student association, yoga became my soul food. A minute into my first asana, child’s pose, Balasana, I instantly knew that I have came to the right place and ever since, whether it is a home practice, or practicing in a studio, I cannot go a day without practicing.

Before yoga entered into my life, shopping, TV, and late nights were used as a diversion from my everyday stress. I now have a great attitude towards life and had learned to have truthfulness, compassion and loving kindness towards, all people, animals, and our mother earth. It has been an amazing and humbling journey so far, I feel extremely honored and grateful to be able to share my yoga experience with students. I feel strong and open in body, spirit and mind. This is what yoga has done for me and will continually do so, how about you? WHAT HAS YOGA DONE FOR YOU?
