      Do you have to double up, triple up or quadruple up on your yoga challenge? As long as you do 30 in 30 days or 60 in 60 days - you are golden.

      Some days you miss class for some reason - life comes up. Stuff happens. One day you may not be able to go play in the yoga room.

      So, because you are on this challenge, you keep on going. You see the end in your sights - and you don't give up until it is complete.

      I am done my challenge on the 3rd - but I will probably have to do a full day and night of yoga to hit my 60. And I will - because that's how I roll on a challenge baby.
