Santa...all I want this year is a cushier yoga mat. Disposable recyclable hot yoga clothes so I don't have to do laundry every day. Tighter thighs. Less jolly St. Nick jiggle jelly belly. Peace on earth. (Or maybe just in my head.) Less back hair. (O.k. - that one is not mine.)

All you have to do is ask.

What is the harm in asking Santa - or the UNIVERSE for what you want?

Remember when you were a little kid taking the whole toy section of the catalogue and placing it right in front of your parents face?

In that movie/book "The Secret" they are very clear on telling you that life is like a big catalogue of items, and all you have to do is flip through it, get very clear on what you want, and then ask the universe for what you want and receive!

Get your vision board clear and ready and send that wish out to the universal energy.

Because it is the holiday season of magic, wishes coming true, maybe the season of being a bit delusional from too much sugarplums and funny eggnog - but I digress...

So, what do you truly want this year?

Manifest exactly what you want by FOCUSING on exactly what you want, KNOWING it will come to you, and then ASKING for it in meditation, prayer, or on your vision board.

It has worked for me! (Adam Sandler is making ANOTHER movie this year!)

Law of attraction baby. Go to the bookstore or library while you are in the middle of buying that perfect golf ball washer for Dad, and find a book on the Law of Attraction.

You Tube, rent or BUY the movie "The Secret" or "What the Bleep do we know"...and get ready to create your life the way you want your life to be.

Sometimes it is not easy, beacause we have a lot of negative, backwards, bizarro land thinking that we have to REWIRE - so it takes effort, but if you try, and really do that inner work...

You will be rewarded. Santa (universe) will give you that back hair removal kit. Or that butt warmer for your car seat. Or peace in your house. (The peace on earth thing may depend on too many people this year for that to happen, but I will put it on my vision board!)

So whatever is on your wish list, wishes can come true...it just takes a little determination, positive focus and thoughts, inner knowledge, and correct choice making, (maybe a dash of nutmeg)...and your magic will happen.

Keep on dreaming, creating and making it happen this holiday season and for all of 2009!!
