      The see saw at the playground. It moves up and down, up and down. When too much weight is put on one side, that side will drop down to the ground. It may even hurt your bottom. Ouch.

      When both sides have equal weight, the see saw stays balanced and you can look at the person on the other side in the eyes and smile.

      This is a great visual for balance. Balance is very important. In yoga and in life.
