      Are you angry at someone? Do certain people bother you? Do you judge someone for something? Guess what honey...it's not them...it's you.

      Every time you are:
      Angry with somebody
      Annoyed with someone else
      Judgemental
      Talking or thinking badly about someone
      Screaming at someone in your head
      Creating drama about someone in your head
      Scowling or frowning at someone
      Impatient with someone
      Roll your eyes at someone
      Call someone a negative name
      Not accepting someone just the way they are...

      That's your problem.

      That has nothing to do with anyone except for yourself.
