Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Winter time of year? Holiday cheer? Eggnog and Mistletoe? No. It's cold and flu season time of year! If you have a cold or flu, please rest and recover at home - not the yoga studio.

Please remember that we are all in a tight, hot space, and we want that space to be healing to everyone. Unfortunately, when you have a cold or flu - the area gets infected with those germs.

It's nice to rest and recover at home, so you have time to heal and not spread the cold or flu to others.
