Hot yoga sometimes involves an interesting "friend" called B.O. There are times when you have no idea that you could ever smell so bad. How could this be? What the heck is coming out of my pores? Did I recently fall into a sewage plant basin with the B.O. of a garbage truck mixed with a gorilla butt?

Even if you are one of those angels who always smell like roses, (sure) take a whiff of your hot yoga clothes after a class.

I dare you.

I dare you to smell the crotch area, or armpit area of your sweaty yoga clothes. (Like you've never done this.)
