      So, how's the YOGA?

      If you are in the 30 or 60 day challenge, you are in the home stretch. You probably look HOT! If you're not in a challenge, but you are still coming to yoga when you can - you probably look hot as well. So, how's your YOGA? Is it tough to get in that yoga room, or do you love every minute of the journey and the practice?

      I'm sure some days are hard, and some days it's a pleasure. (Especially when it's been stormy weather for the last 55 weeks!) Are you coming for the PHYSICAL workout - or the emotional/mental clearing?

      Whatever your reason, and however the journey is going -

      GOOD FOR YOU!

      You just have to get to the yoga room, right? That's it. Get there - and then see what happens.

      Got a frown? Maybe it will turn upside down? Got a heavy heart? Maybe that will part. Got a tear in your eye? Maybe yoga class will kiss the tear goodbye. (O.k. - I'm rhyming now.)

      Your yoga practice is always here for you.

      Don't like the teacher? Practice anyway.

      Don't like the type of class - practice anyway.

      Brought the wrong yoga pants? Practice anyway.

      Got gas? Practice anyway. (Just stand at the back of the room.)

      What will happen? Take a chance. Just get in the room and see where the yoga chips will fall that day.
