IN SPIRIT.

You are INSPIRED to come and show up on your mat.

Something makes you get off your butt and come to yoga.

That's spirit.

That's INSPIRATION.

You inspire yourself because you are filled with SPIRIT.

We all have it.

Sometimes it's buried - but you can always find it.

And other peoples SPIRIT can light yours up!

It's all good.

Look for it - feel it - and it shines brighter!
