Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

You may have noticed that person in class harshly heavy breathing, grunting, groaning, or sounding like they have something wedged up their spandex. They are distracting because their vibe is STRUGGLE. Their energy is suffering.
Or is it you?
Stop playing the victim in class!
We know you are there. We're all in the same boat. There's really no need for the DRAMATIC grunts, the FORCEFUL HARSH breathing, the scrunched up face and loud sighs like you're the victim of a horrible punishment.
Come on.
