Sweat out toxins! Lose fat! Tone your BRAIN?

Hot yoga does many things for you. You get rid of toxins from all the "bad" stuff you've done:) You sweat out fat cells - but most important - you tone your brain! Because it's so hot - your brain gets stronger.
You are in the hot yoga room - and your brain thinks...
"What the heck am I doing? What kind of torcher is this?"
"Wait a minute, I can do this."
"I am strong"
"Everything is going to be fine."
"I am a freakin superhero!!"
"I can do anything!"
See...your brain is now strong and fit.
Before, your brain was weak, and filled with questions, judgments and doubts.
NOW after hot yoga - the brain is clear, focused, and TONED!
Yoga is brain food.
When the brain is toned and fit, your body and spirit and climb mountains,
laugh at conflict and fear,
lift a car. (Too far?)
