Have you ever had a really amazing yoga class, and felt so freakin good afterwards, had a smile on your face, a bounce in your step, and just knew you could conquer the world and envelop it with your crazy yoga vibe? Is your TEACHER the reason?

Well, I had the best hot yoga class of my life last Thursday afternoon in Yaletown with Katherine. I stayed open and willing to receive all of her instructions from the moment I stepped in the yoga room. The entire class, I listened to what she said, and opened my mind and heart to her teaching vibe.
