      Rushing, hurrying, clenching, reacting, arghhhhhhhhh.

      OR - Relaxing, calm, peace, bliss, joy, responding, enjoying. Ahhhhhhhhh.

      Which sounds better? Just reading the first set of words creates those feelings don't you think?

      So, which set of words describes you every day? Where are you rushing through your day? What conversation are you hurrying? What are you reacting to? Are you gulping your food down? Are you even breathing?

      Did you know that RUSHING is not getting you somewhere. Rushing is stopping you from ENJOYING.
