Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Who are you to judge?

What are you rolling your eyes at? Who are you gossiping about now? Why do you have an automatic thought about someone in your head when you see them? Why are you judging?
Should I give you a gavel and a judge chair so you can line up all the people on a bench in front of you, and you can point your finger and say nasty things?
So, I may not be talking about you...BUT -
Have you ever had a NEGATIVE judgemental thought about someones...
BODY?
FACE?
CLOTHES?
APPEARANCE?
What's up with that?
And even worse than that...
Do you negatively JUDGE yourself?
Have you ever had a negative thought about your...
Body?
Face?
Clothes?
Appearance?
What's up with that?
Do you think it's possible for everyone to look at others with LOVE, with ACCEPTANCE...
With gratitude?
With a connection of spirit?
Is it possible?
No. That sucks, but it's true. Not EVERYONE WILL.
There is always going to be that person who looks at you and thinks something negative or judges you in their head.
BUT -
You could start with yourself.
Stop judging yourself first.
ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL -
Love
Acceptance
Gratitude
Connection to your spirit.
Is that possible?
Yes.
It's the only way.
Be the change you wish to see in your world.
That's where it starts.
With you homie.
Peace out
Andrea
