Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Why are you checking out their bum??

Why are you checking out their bum??

You're in yoga class, and your attention drifts to the bum in front of you, or beside you. You notice their perfectly defined leg muscles, their buff back, and their juicy tush. But then, you start becoming annoyed. Why can't you do the yoga pose like them?

Why can't you look like that?

Why can't you contort your muscles like that?

Why haven't you ever kissed someone like that?

And so on, and so on...

and then you become fixed and obsessed with this person and THEIR yoga practice.

      Leave them alone!

      Focus on yourself.

Your tush, your muscles, your connection to YOUR yoga practice.
      Your breath, your experience.

Stop comparing yourself to ANYONE else.

      This yoga is about YOU.

      You baby.

      Stop checking out their bum!

      Peace out
      Andrea
