Why is my butt chunky?

Do you have muffin top? Are there flabby handles juicing out of the top of your spandex? Are your inner thighs starting to engorge into the seam of your yoga pants? Does your belly keep jiggling after you finish the fast breathing in yoga?
If you come to hot yoga, or any of the yogas at least 3 - 4 times a week - you will see results, and your body will start to shrink. The fat parts will start to dissapear.
UNLESS - You eat too much! Then you won't shrink.
Well, here is a solution...
Eat less.
That's it.
Just recently, I noticed that my butt was getting chunkier than usual. Like the chunky chunky Chips Ahoy bum.
My inner thighs were starting to make out with eachother as I walked - they kept rubbing up against eachother and getting rounder and rounder. Like some kind of new alien thigh lifeform.
I can't suck my belly in like before, because there seems to be a new layer of flab to enjoy when I look down.
GUESS WHAT? I know why.
I have been eating like a little piggie. (O.k. - a chunky pig.)
For about a month, I have been eating whatever I want - any time of day, and any amount.
4 mini cupcakes? Sure. Big ass Java mocha extra whip frappachino - Yep. Big juicy cheesburger with yam fries and a side of mayo - Absolutely.
What kind of yoga teacher eats like that?
I guess I do.
I work out every day. Grouse Grind - Flow yoga, Hot yoga, Running, Blading, Walking.
BUT - When you finish blading and scarf down a big fat ass smokie - the fat creeps on. (Especially if you are short like me - every pound shows)
So - the solution?
Eat less.
That's it.
No magic diet - no cleanse - no starvation.
Just take in less calories.
What an idea, hey?
Um...yeah.
You eat less, you will shrink.
All those rock hard, glistening with muscles, fit bodies you see at yoga - or on the beach...Guess what?
They eat less and more healthy than the person like me who let her butt get too big.
It's the truth.
So, let me grab a salad and green tea for a few weeks and I'll let you know by the end of July if my chunk has become lighter.
It's summer - shine bright - be the best YOU that you KNOW you can be!
Peace
Andrea
