      Early November 2008, I have attended an Intensive Yin/Yang Taoist Yoga Training with the Founder of Yin Yoga Paulie Zink (www.pauliezink.com). In order to earn a 12-hr Teacher Training Certification, everyone has to complete a written assignment self-reflecting on Tao Te Ching. Here is what I wrote:

      One of Buddha’s main teachings is that Everything in life is Impermanent. What does Impermanence mean? It can mean different things to all of us but I think the best way to understand “Impermanence” is to say that everything in life will change.
