Early November 2008, I have attended an Intensive Yin/Yang Taoist Yoga Training with the Founder of Yin Yoga Paulie Zink (www.pauliezink.com). One of Buddha’s main teachings is that Everything in life is Impermanent. What does Impermanence mean? It can mean different things to all of us but I think the best way to understand “Impermanence” is to say that everything in life will change.
