Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

And I am not talking about the magazine.
Have you been journalling your yoga practice? You can actually journal your life, let alone your yoga practice.
Write something down every time after your practice. Keeping track of your practice! You could journal your achievement of your practice; your emotions that come up during the practice; things you were thinking about during the practice; what you think you need to work on in your practice; that connection you made with yourself or someone else you had in the practice; etc etc. The noticeable insights you have in one practice are limitless. For a start, you could just simply write about what that particular class make you feel afterwards. Soon, you could be journalling your feelings before you going to a class and of course after coming out of a class.
In time, you would be able to see your transformation in your practice and also because of your practice. Make it into a habbit of journalling down your thoughts. Make it one of your new year resolutions thing even if you only keep it for a month or two :).
Journalling is good. You can always keep a record of things you have accomplished in your life. When and if you look back, it will give you some laughs, something to remind you of your past, and also some new resolutions you might want to look forward to in the future.
Start journalling your life even for once. Write down you are thinking and feeling at this moment. Make sure that you are still alive and with us! :)
      Namaste
