      Yoga = No Anger?

      Yoga = No Anger?

      Well, this woman just cut in front of me in line - pretended she didn't see me, was in a stae of "kerfuffle" - got annoyed with the cashier - and then she gave me the most angry ugly scrunched up look ever. So - has yoga helped me have no anger toward her?

      Has yoga allowed me to have complete compassion and no judgement?

      Am I immune to other people giving me death stares because I practice yoga?

      The answer to all these questions is no - BUT I am definately more aware of my tendency to go down the dark path.

      SO -

      Anger will always be in all of us. The seeds are planted in all of us - BUT sometimes they sprout quicker in other people.

      Yoga and meditation will never get rid of these seeds - but they will teach us to OBSERVE everything that comes up in us - and then NOTICE.

      That's all we have to do. Just NOTICE.

      NOTICING IS AWARENESS -

      AWARENESS IS A LIGHT.

      The light shines through the darkness, and things become clear.

      The path of yoga brings clarity and a brighter light for those who follow.

      As for the angry lady...

      I gave her a free yoga pass.

      Peace
      Andrea
