Triangle pose in hot yoga. It makes people angry. Dragon pose in Yin. People breath fire. Side plank for 30 seconds in Flow class. Arghhh. So, where the heck is the peace in the yoga pose?

Have you ever had anger bubble up when you are holding a yoga pose? Especially if the teacher decides to hold you in it for 5 years?
It makes you want to come out of the pose early, right? (Or shoot the teacher)

      Well - GOOD NEWS.

There is peace in every yoga pose.
