Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny. -- Upanishads

Sometimes I think my life is perfect and I'm the happiest person on this earth. Maybe I am...because Yoga brings me happiness, awareness and breathe. I am not the most determined student but I am still proud of the fact that I have yoga in my life. Being a yoga teacher, helping others feel what yoga can do, I am proud of myself. I love seeing the transformations in each student, when everyone starts to FEEL the yoga, SEEING the transformations in their mind, body and spirit, I am excited to sharing the experience with them. Being able to breath, being able to have an awareness...is happiness.
I am a new teacher, still a student wishing to grow and share the yoga with you all.
      Namaste.
