Since I have started to help out more at the studio, I get to see more of you on regular basis. I sit here and wait for you to show up with big smiles on your faces and that makes my day a whole lot better. I truly enjoy seeing more of the students and teachers alike at the studio coming in for the love of yoga...Recently, I come to realize how grateful I am for all of you who come to practice and teach at the studio. If it weren't for you all, I wouldn't be motivated to practice, teach or even come to the studio for any reason. While signing everybody in, I look at the list of names, and I feel the love... I love seeing you all come in drenched in rain, still smiling, saying how yoga will make it all better. I love recognizing your faces and smiles. I love how all the teachers and staff are here to support and help each other.
Thank you all for loving Westcoast Hot yoga! You are all an inspiration to me. I will always be grateful to have you in my Yoga world.
