      FREEDOM FLOW YOGA

      Sundays 5 to 6:15pm, Yaletown

      Freedom flow yoga is about freedom, fearlessness, tranquility and peace!  This yoga class will bring forth renewed strength, creativity, flexibility and focus to your practice.  Introducing different postures, breathing, concentration and integration Teresa will take you on a journey of creativity and healing.  Through the incorporation and teaching of the ancient yogic philosophy, energy healing and the chakras Teresa will further stimulate a fresh commitment by students to cultivate a regular yoga practice.
       


      MEDITATION

      Sundays 6:30 to 7:15pm, Yaletown

      Meditation is an integral part of your yoga practice.  This class will bring stillness of mind and cultivate a deeper focus.  For those students new to meditation, the class will enhance your concentration, and will help you with the liberation of your mind from all distracting and disturbing thoughts, emotions and desires. For already practicing meditation students, Teresa will stimulate an atmosphere to further support your practice and growth,
