Yoga is awareness. From practicing yoga, one becomes more aware of one’s body, one’s being, and one’sDanny Lau presence. The person would also become more aware of the physical surroundings, the air, the senses, and the presence of others. Yoga is divine. Yoga is for EVERYONE.
I believe in karma. I believe that the energy you give out (positive or negative), you will receive the same thing in return. I believe in helping people to reach their own goals at their own paces. Through my art therapy training, fitness training and yoga training in the past years, I have been helping a lot of individuals in stepping towards their personal destinations and breaking through personal boundaries. As well, through the practice of yoga, I believe you could connect with yourself on a mind-body level and on your way to achieve self-realization in the future.
Yoga is also about physical training. When practicing yoga, physical strength, flexibilities, and cardiovascular strength would be enhanced. I believe yoga practice is a long journey. We will all learn from each other at our own paces. I believe you can do it.

…to enjoy your yoga. Each time you walk into the studio, it is a different experience. So put aside your expectation, judgement, ego, and concerns, just get ready to sweat and enjoy your yoga experience. - Danny Lau
