WHY Newsletter
June Newsletter - Thank You.
Thank-you!
It was our pleasure at WHY to start our new venture in Yaletown by donating all proceeds during our opening week to the children’s hospital. We were blessed with overwhelming support from the Yaletown community and our patrons from White Rock. BC children’s hospital was pleased to accept our contribution which was added to the Wellness Committee grand total of $38,195. Eddison participated in the cheque presentation on Global TV this past weekend.
UNICEF Fundraiser
A few of our WHY teachers were featured in the Vancouver Courier Newspaper for their participation in this fundraiser. To see their pictures click here UNICEF Fundraiser
David, Oh David

It is hard to believe that a famous piece of art could have led WHY into the midst of controversy…
Click on should David be covered up? to see the news coverage that began the Yaletown debate and started the campaign to “Free Willy” and vote in our poll about whether Michelangelo’s David is art or obscenity.
Ambassador Betty
One of our own teachers has been selected as a LuLuLemon Ambassador! See her pictures and write-up here Ambassador Betty. Congratulations Betty!
