      Flow Yoga

      Hot Flow yoga is basic power yoga (vinyasa) class. Each Flow class taught at WHY will vary slightly dependant on the teacher. During this series of postures you will strengthen and tone the upper body and core abdominal muscles.  This series will also develop the ability to properly coordinate body movements with the correct breathing technique.

      This 75 minute class is taught in a room heated to 30 degrees.
